Love it!
Is our 2nd time when we came here and just like the 1st visit we had a positive feedback: - Staff was nice with us and eager to help - A lot of parking spaces - The room was tidy and clean - Loved the waterpark area - We liked that breakfast and dinner had a diversified menu - They had a party for kids and they even had Santa invited and gave sweets to kids.

A big problem was finding a chair at Aquapark after we arrive at 14:00

Aquaworld – Budapest Hotel - Excellent hotel with a lot of facilities, pleasant, comfortable rooms, impeccably clean, rooms-corridors-lobby-animation club-pools everything is great - All necessary facilities for a wonderful stay - Clear directions around the hotel Reception - Upon arrival, very friendly staff with timely and complete information - Available and friendly during the entire stay - During the checkout, they are also polite, asking how we spent our stay so that they praise everything as far as the reception is concerned Restaurant/Kitchen - The restaurant is very pleasant, beautiful, spacious, clean - The staff is friendly and ready to help Swimming pools - Beautiful, with a lot of content for everyone, very comfortable and warm, which is very important for us who have small children, so big praise for that - Pool area, sanitary facilities, everything very clean and tidy A HUGE MINUS FOR THE POOL STAFF - very very unfriendly, I have never experienced anything like that, rude, not knowing the language, very rude behavior when regulating the order at the pools, the door that separates the oriental spa from the aquaworld, which the pool staff has to open personally because of the baby carriage, every time there is a wait 5 or more minutes and when they come they are very rude, rolling their eyes in the style of why right now, so please, you have a very big potential as a hotel, don't let the unprofessionalism, rudeness of these people destroy all the good you are doing
RECEPTION - The only complaint is that the hotel does not have a staff elevator, because we met the staff too many times while riding the elevator, and that causes a little discomfort. - Every other day when you had a management meeting around 11 a.m., in the elevator you can meet the entire management going to the meeting and otherwise one tip that guests should use it before employees, in my situation with two small children I had to wait because they are yours first employees had to go to the meeting and stop each floor as we bought employees on the way to the room. My suggestion is that they at least wait for the guests to pass. RESTAURANT - Weak knowledge of foreign languages - When there are few guests, the staff is grouped around restaurant with a small talks and does not adress the guest during that period, during that period on several occasions we had to transfer the dirty plates to the neighboring table because there was no room on ours. Pay attention to up-selling, offering a different drink to guests - The corner for spices on the buffet is almost always empty, quite messy, every bottle/bottle is greasy -The food is very tasty, but with a few flaws, since there were fewer guests on those few days, it is unnecessary to fill the buffet at 6 p.m. and then it stays like that until almost the end of the dinner, for example, Pasta-olive oil - dry, hard, inedible. For example One dinner was pasta with meat - lasagna pasta with meat or something like that, it stood for a while and was very tasty but unfortunately very hard and dry. Placemats on buffet lines, where utensils for taking food have to be changed more often, as well as utensils, because they are very dirty and messy SWIMMING POOLS - A lot of sunbeds in the closed part, crowded together, so it has to be thinned out a bit, the excess sunbeds should be removed and stored outside
